Mark Belling rips WUHS President James Graff for being a "Phoney' and a "Hypocrite" for signing the Walker Recall and then bragging that the board used Act 10 to balance the budget. Graff is up for re-election on Tuesday April 2nd. You decide if you want someone of his ilk running our school board!!!
